CLAIMS AND RETURN REQUESTS (RMA'S):

Our ongoing objective is the 100% Satisfaction of each of our Clients. In support of this, we follow a stringent and well-planned project management and design rendering plan to ensure each project delivers to the approved specifications. Clients are encouraged to review documents, including confirmations, design renderings and embroidery proofs, and to only approve them once they are comfortable doing so. While returns for custom logo merchandise generally are not accepted so long as the merchandise is delivered to the approved specifications, we aim to be flexible and reasonable and evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. 

In the unlikely event of a defect or a project with errors, ommissions or other objective issues, we collaborate closely to coordinate a return or replacement. Claims should be submitted no more than five business days after delivery according to the carrier tracking.

In the unlikely event of a claim or request for a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please connect with your dedicated Project Manager by telephone or email. We will respond quickly to get started and will be in communication throughout until an adequate resolution is agreed upon.

SHIPPING

We are able to ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be some restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shortly after you have confirmed the pertinent project details, we will provide you with a detailed 'Project Scope Confirmation' which included key project details including the ship to address as well as the 'Target Delviery Date', which is the day we hope to deliver your project by. Bear in mind, with standard production projects, 'Target Delivery Dates' are an approximation, and while we aim to under-promise and over-deliver, Target Delivery Dates tend to be fluid and give or take a few business days. For time sensitive and priority service 'rush' projects where a firm date has been agreed upon, the Target Delivery Date is oftentimes the earliest date we aim to deliver, and your confirmation will oftentimes list the 'Firm' date toward the bottom in the asterisked notes section. Target Delivery Dates also assume timely supplemental approvals such as design renderings and/or proofs.


Standard Ground Shipping is included with many of our projects. For priority and time-sensitive 'rush' projects we may utilize an expedited shipping service, and in certain instances may be able to quote expedited shipping as a standalone service.
