PRODUCTION TIME - PROJECT TIMELINES

It is important to understand that the production time for each our product lines tend to vary. For most core, in stock apparel and outerwear, production is approximately 8-12 business days weeks after order confirmation and design rendering approval. Many of our domestically produced core business gifts have production times of anywhere from 7-15 business days. Certain products and brands will have extended lead times during impacted time periods, such as the Holiday Season. Each product on our website provides an estimated production time.

Once your order is placed you will receive a detailed order confirmation. This document will list your 'Target In Hand Date' which sets a goal in terms of the date we hope to deliver your order. Target In Hand Dates are fluid and your order may deliver sooner and in some instances a few days beyond the Target In Hand Date.

Please inform us as early as possible during our initial engagement if your project has a firm 'need by date'. This will allow us to implement a most successful project roadmap to ensure your order delivers just in time.

TIME IN TRANSIT - PROJECT DELIVERABLES

The Production Time listed on each of our product pages is the approximate number of days or weeks we will need from order and art approval thru to the date we ship your order from our production facility. Time or days in transit reference the number of business days it is expected to take your shipment to arrive to your address from our production facility. Our agency is based in Northern California and we are able to efficiently service the entire United States with several strategically located production facilities, therefore not all orders will ship from California and we aim to be as efficient and prompt as possible when it comes to deliverables.
