We customize selected items in bulk ahead of time and warehouse them locally, so each employee purchase ships straight from stock. In-stock items typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. Bulk production also keeps store pricing closer to familiar retail prices, which makes READYSHIP™ ideal for proven, higher-volume products.
BRAND ON DEMAND™ lets you offer products without buying inventory upfront. When an employee makes a purchase, EPI coordinates production with an approved supplier, who customizes the item and ships it directly to them. It's a good fit for specialty and lower-volume merchandise, or when you're testing a new program. Because items are made individually, they take longer to produce and may cost slightly more than READYSHIP™ items.
Yes. You can combine READYSHIP™ and BRAND ON DEMAND™ product by product. Our Corporate Branding Experts™ recommend the right model for each item, and you keep final approval.

Yes. EPI manages inventory, sizing, packing, and shipping, along with an employee help desk and billing administration. Seasonal catalog refreshes are included too.
Your catalog can change as purchasing patterns develop, with seasonal refreshes built in. A new item can also start on BRAND ON DEMAND™ and move to READYSHIP™ once demand is proven.
Your store can run year-round for everyday employee merchandise, or pop up for a specific event.
Start with offering products from brands your employees already know and love and offer them via a store that's easy to shop on a phone. Then look for a partner who handles inventory and fulfillment. Our ELITE BRANDHUB™ covers both through our premier online platform.
Each store has a one-time setup fee and a fixed monthly hosting fee. These cover account management, product selection, inventory management, and fulfillment. When you call us, our team will clarify these details.
Yes. With BRAND ON DEMAND™, items are customized one at a time or in small batches when an employee buys them, so there's no inventory commitment. READYSHIP™ items are produced in bulk in advance for better pricing.
Pricing follows each brand's wholesale structure and volume tiers, with no fixed category markup. READYSHIP™ items get the best per-unit pricing, and more volume discounts apply as purchasing milestones are reached.
Yes. You can subsidize employee purchases at a level you set, either one rate across the store or different rates by product category. Employees see the discounted price at checkout, and EPI bills you for the subsidy monthly.
Yes. Each purchase ships directly to the employee, and we can ship 200 custom products to 200 unique addresses. READYSHIP™ items typically ship within 2 to 3 business days, while BRAND ON DEMAND™ items ship once production is complete.
While third party shipping can be arranged, we recommend having EPI arrange shipping under its own shipping programs. This allows us to take ownership of any delays and to communicate with the carrier on your behalf. Moreover, we oftentimes partner with USPS and ship smaller parcels and soft goods via USPS Priority Mail which we’ve found to be prompt, reliable and cost-efficient.
No. EPI works with clients across the US and internationally, and we've shipped projects to countries such as New Zealand and Chile.
Yes. Every product carries your company logo, applied with industry-leading logo treatment methods, and each one gets a design rendering before launch. Your store can even run on its own custom domain. We will consult with you directly to go over options specific to the products you are interested in and your unique design.
Yes. EPI handles kitting for programs like new hire welcome kits, and we can package items individually with a size label on each piece. You can also combine different products in one kit. Of course, there may be some limitations or, in certain instances, additional charges may apply.
Yes. Employees log in through your company's existing single sign-on, so there are no new accounts or passwords.
Nearly all of our stores can be configured with SSO (Single Sign-On), which allows users (your employees) to sign in to your company store using their existing login credentials. Alternatively, users may register a user account with individual credentials specific to the BRANDHUB company store. All websites utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to help ensure a safe browsing experience.
