Carlos at Elite provided excellent customer service with our order. Our water bottle order was completed ahead of schedule and look amazing!

- L Aganon

This was probably the easiest order I have ever placed! Carlos was pleasant to work with, made the process smooth AND on top of it all, our products arrived exactly as requested and 3 business days early! The embroidery was even better than expected. We will definitely use Elite Promo again.

- Holly O

We received excellent products and customer service using Elite promo Inc. Recently we purchased Patagonia jackets for our family medicine interns and they were very pleased with their gifts. After trying to communicate with another promo company to purchase items with our logo attached, we turned to Elite for a much more responsive sales person. If your looking for quality items I would recommend Elite Promo Inc.
