I've been ordering lots of swag for my company from different vendors over the years, and I decided to try Elite Promo for the first time, for a huge holiday order (for 300 high end vests). I've had very poor experiences with many different vendors in the past, so I was definitely reluctant and nervous to use Elite Promo for such a large order. It was such a pleasure working with them, and their customer service went above and beyond to make sure our order was top quality and was delivered in time. Not only did they send me a bunch of samples initially so that I can select the right product for our brand, but they also made sure our logo came out perfectly on each and every vest.

“I found Elite Promo Inc when I was desperate to find a reliable and responsive corporate apparel company. I was working on a tight deadline and having no luck hearing back from several other big name apparel companies. Thankfully, my first point of contact was a Project Manager by the name of Carlos Batista. Carlos was very patient, he answered every question, accommodated every request and my Directors were very pleased with the final product, we are now repeat customers!”

- SADENISE COSBY

We used Elite Promo Inc. for a global work campaign based in Canada but with merch travelling to the USA, New Zealand, Chile & Trinidad. Working with Gina and Jenny was such a pleasure! They made selecting the merch items and customizing them with our logo & design elements very seamless. I recommend working with them not only for domestic orders but internationally as well. Elite Promo Inc. provided excellent customer service, and whenever there was even a minor hiccup, problems were resolved instantly! Thank you again, and looking forward to working together in the future.
