Elite Promo provided SUPERB customer service and went the extra mile and then some to ensure our highest satisfaction with the final product, especially with the branding artwork. Our order arrived on time and as promised. There are a lot of vendors out there for your promotional product needs, but after sifting through some of the online options, I found a lot of these sites and their sales tactics to be dubious at best. I am happy to have found Elite Promo and I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the personal service and attention. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had been working with a different company on a bulk order, and they went completely silent on us right before we placed the order. I was able to call Elite Promoing, and Gina came to the rescue. She was very organized, let me know upfront all the cost and rush fees. Their price was great! They also were in constant communication with me, letting me know about mock ups and stock option. We ended up not using them as we went with a completely different product , but I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to all!
