In the unlikely event your order is delivered with a defect, we will replace your order with priority production and shipping To help minimize claims and to ensure you are happy with your order, detailed digital proofs - and upon request finished samples - are provided for your approval. This important document verifies logo/design imprint size, logo/design placement and the imprint color or colors which will be used.

In the rare event a client receives their order and it is produced to the specifications called out on the approved proof yet they are simply not pleased for one reason or another, our number one goal will always be to find a reasonable solution to address their concerns. We do our best in these instances to make things right. We encourage our clients to call or email us with any questions, concerns or issues as soon as possible once their order has been delivered.

Please note that many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. In the event an item purchased from our agency is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and a warranty issue arises, we will be more than happy to assist you with facilitating the repair or replacement with the manufacture

Our agency believes in 100% customer satisfaction! Our primary objective is to create a comfortable environment for customers to purchase our products. The custom nature of our products does not allow us to accept returns for product that has been embellished so long as the embellishment was applied in accordance with the specifications listed on the approved order confirmation and digital proof. It is important to understand that in most cases, once an order has been approved for production we are unable to cancel the order and in the event we are able to do so, cancellation and/or restocking charges may apply, the extent of which will depend on the product line in question and how far along the order is in the production planning process. In the event an order is cancelled prior to product being approved for production and/or embellished, and assuming a client has asked or authorized us to order product for their order into one of our production facilities, restocking charges may apply.

Size charts are accessible on our website and we are happy to send size-run samples i.e. a sample of each size once a client has made a buying decision. Size run samples are the best way to ensure accurate sizing for your order and are strongly recommended. Our agency is unique in that nearly all of our published prices include applicable setup charges (design and machine setup!), logo application as indicated and standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. As you might expect variables including special requests, additional imprint colors or locations, and rush production orders will oftentimes add to the project scope. Formal estimates are provided upon request and your dedicated Branding Expert will consult closely with you regarding all pertinent details which might impact your project scope.
