A great deal of attention is given to each project, and all orders receive digital proofs or design renderings. Finished samples are available upon request. Orders are expected to be produced to the specifications as written on the approved sales order and digital rendering or proof. Should you receive your order, and it is not to the specifications indicated on the approved sales order and/or approved proof, you may be eligible for a return and refund or replacement of your order at no expense to you.

Our objective as the leading purveyor of premium corporate gifts and incentives is 100% customer satisfaction! We endeavor to create a comfortable environment for customers to purchase branded merchandise. The custom nature of the products we offer however does not allow us to accept returns for product that has been embellished so long as the embellishment was applied as called out on the approved sales order and/or digital rendering. Please also understand that in most cases, once an order has been approved for production we are not able to cancel the order. In the event an exception can be made, cancellation charges may apply. Oftentimes draft sales orders are sent to approve before artwork has been finalized. This is common for products where inventory is expected to be a challenge, or for time-sensitive projects, as it allows us to obtain approval for product/style/color/size/quantity/pricing so inventory can be secured and transferred in from the fulfillment center. Once a draft sales order has been approved and inventory has been secured, oftentimes the sales is final so to speak and we cannot return the product to the fulfillment center. In the event an exception can be made, cancellation and restocking charges will apply.
We have a number of procedures in place to help avoid the need for returns or cancellation, including a dedicated Project Manager for each order, as well as thorough artwork review and proofing. Please understand that we carry a wide selection of apparel brands, and each brand may fit differently. Size charts are accessible on our website and we are happy to send size-run samples i.e. a sample of each size once a client has made a buying decision. Size run samples are the best way to ensure accurate sizing for your order and are strongly encouraged. THE FINE PRINT
EPI is unique, in that all of our advertised prices include applicable setup charges, logo customization as advertised and standard ground shipping for domestic production orders. Variables like special requests, complex orders, additional imprint colors or locations, and rush orders often times result in additional charges.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE DETAILS
We guarantee that your order will be received free from defects or damage, and customized to the specifications of the approved sales order and digital rendering or proof set. If this should not occur we will replace your order at no expense to you, our valued customer. In certain circumstances, you may be eligible for a return and refund.
In the unlikely event a client receives their order and it is produced to the specifications called out on the approved proof yet they are simply not pleased for one reason or another, our number one goal will always be to find a mutually agreeable solution. We encourage our clients to call or email us with any questions or concerns with their order just as soon as possible post-delivery as this oftentimes provides us with additional options internally to.
Please note that many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. In the event an item purchased from us is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and a warranty issue arises, we will be more than happy to assist you with facilitating the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
