While we don't expect that you will ever experience any problems with your order, you can rest easy knowing that if your order did not deliver to the approved standards and specifications we will make it right.


We pledge that your order will be received free from defects or damage, and customized according to the approved specifications. In the unlikely event your order is delivered with a defect we will take active steps to resolve the issue, up to and including replacing your order or parts of it. To help minimize claims and to ensure you are happy with your order digital proofs - and upon request finished samples - are provided for your careful review and approval. This important document confirms the logo/design which will be applied, imprint size and placement placement as well as imprint color or colors when applicable.

In the unlikely event a Client receives their order and it is produced to the approved specifications yet they are simply not pleased for one reason or another, our priority will be to find a reasonable solution to address their concerns. We do our best in these instances to make things right in a fair and equitable manner. We encourage our clients to call or email us with any questions, concerns or issues as soon as possible once their order has been delivered.


Please note that many but not all of the products we offer come with a manufacturer's warranty. In the event an item purchased from us is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and a warranty issue arises, we will gladly assist you with facilitating the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.


Our primary objective is to create a comfortable environment for customers to purchase our products. The custom nature of our products does not allow us to accept returns for product that has been embellished so long as the embellishment was applied in accordance with the specifications listed on the approved order confirmation and digital proof or design concept. It is important to understand that in most instances, once an order has been approved for production we are unable to cancel the order and in the event we are able to do so cancellation and/or restocking charges may apply; the extent of which will depend on the product line in question and how far along the order is in the production planning process. In the event an order is cancelled prior to product being approved for production and/or embellished, and assuming a client has asked or authorized us to order product for their order into one of our production facilities, restocking charges may apply. In some instances, we are unable to cancel or return product which has been ordered in for a specific project. Blank product orders are non-cancelable/non-returnable unless otherwise agreed.


We proudly offer one of if not the most robust brand offering of customizable apparel and outerwear in the Country! Naturally, each product line we represent may fit differently. Sizing charts are accessible on our website and we may be able to send size-run samples i.e. a sample of each size once a client has made a purchasing decision. Size run samples are the best way to ensure accurate sizing for your order and are recommended in many use cases. We are unique in that nearly all of our published prices include applicable setup charges, logo application/customization as indicated and standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. As you might expect variables including special requests, additional imprint colors or locations, and rush production service will oftentimes add to the project scope. Formal estimates are provided upon request and your dedicated Branding Expert™ will consult closely with you regarding all pertinent details which might impact your project scope.

There are a number of factors we consider when determining whether it makes sense to price match including whether it's an 'apples to apples' comparison (our prices include design review & prep, setup, logo application & shipping), whether the 'competitor' is an established business registered with relevant trade organizations, the competitors website appearance and aesthetic, the project timeline, and our production schedule and capacity. There are a lot of discount promotional product distributors out there, but we believe in producing first rate products and are professionally invested in each project.
