Options for blank/stock as well as custom logo are available with select programs. All express program orders receive priority in our order entry, fulfillment and print production queues.

NextDayXpress™ (NextDayXP™):

Our NextDayXP™ Service Level is a high-level program designed to meet the most demanding schedules for clients who require blank/stock face coverings on an ASAP basis. This thoughtful program guarantees delivery of your order in one to three business days for orders placed, approved and paid for by 11 AM PST.


Order approved Monday before 11 AM PST: ships same day with target deliver the following business day (Tuesday). Guaranteed deliver by Thursday of the same week.

Order approved Monday after 11 AM PST but before 1 PM PST: goal remains to ship same day and deliver the following day (Tuesday); however one additional day may be required. Deliver Wednesday is most likely, Friday of the same week guaranteed.

Order approved Monday after 1 PM PST: order most likely ships the following business day (Tuesday), and should deliver Wednesday of the same week, Friday guaranteed.

NextDayXP™ orders are a top priority in our fulfillment center and all steps are taken to ensure the shipment is transferred to the carrier by the daily cutoff. 99% of NextDayXP™ orders should deliver within one-two business day!

XpressOnDemand™ (XpressOD™):

Our signature XpressOD™ Service Level is designed to meet the most demanding schedules and needs for customers who require custom printed masks on an ASAP basis. For 1-color custom screen printing, XpressOD™ guarantees delivery of your one-color custom screen printed face coverings in five to seven business days for orders placed, approved and paid for by 1 PM PST Monday thru Friday, Holidays excluded.


XpresShip represents our most value-priced express delivery program and is available for both blank/stock and 1-color custom printed face coverings .

Eligible blank/stock face coverings will deliver within 3-5 business days guaranteed . Nearly all blank/stock XpresShip™ orders deliver within three business days. Express program orders including XpresShip™ orders are given priority over standard production orders in our fulfillment and production queues.

Eligible custom printed face coverings will deliver to you in 7-10 business days guaranteed, with a majority of XpresShip™ program orders delivering inside of eight business days. For multi-color artwork and other complex designs, please inquire with your dedicated Branding Expert™ for XpresShip™ eligibility.


Subject to stock availability at time of order approval. Inventory cannot be held until an order confirmation has been approved. In the event of an inventory issue post-order confirmation approval we will do our best to inform you within one business hour.

Due the complexities in the global and domestic supply chain, we are unable to accept responsibility for carrier delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather delays. NextDayXP to date have a perfect 100% on-time delivery rate and nearly 95% of NextDayXP orders deliver inside of two business days!

Orders placed under our various express programs become a top priority in our fulfillment, production and quality control queues. We have yet to experience a single order which has delivered beyond the guaranteed timeframe. In the unlikely event of a service failure, for blank/stock masks, we will extend either a 30% discount/refund or will allow our clients to return their unworn, unopened blank stock masks for a full refund, with return shipping on us.

In the unlikely event of a service failure for custom printed masks, we will gladly extend a 25% discount as a refund to the original form of payment, or a 50% discount as a credit to be kept on client’s account toward a future order. In certain instances, at our discretion, we may agree to certain timelines albeit without the ‘guarantee’ and in which case your dedicated Branding Expert™ will inform you in advance as to any disclaimers.

A service failure should only be defined as not shipping your order out in time, or not ensuring the order reaches the carrier by the appropriate origin point local cutoff. We are unable to accept responsibility and our guarantee does not extend to verifiable carrier delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
