GENERAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Choose your options, add to cart and you may then complete the checkout and ordering process or continue shopping if you need additional promotional items. All advertised quantity discounts are applied in the shopping cart automatically based on the total quantity for each SKU. Even if you don't know all the details about imprint, embroidery locations, size or other details, simply choose as many options as you're able to and worry not, because within about twenty minutes of us receiving your order we will contact you by email to confirm all pertinent details! APPAREL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Ordering custom logo apparel and outerwear is a little bit different than, for example, ordering a promotional sport bottle or other more 'general' promotional item. You will likely need a variety of different colors , different sizes for each color variation, and quite possibly a combination of men's and women's garments with the same or different logo or application. As branding experts we understand these challenges and are available by phone to answer questions and place orders on your behalf during business hours. While you are always welcome to order our custom logo apparel and outerwear online, we strongly suggest that our customers call us with their custom embroidered apparel orders, especially those that have a variety of colors, styles or sizes. This usually plays to our customers benefit, because we are able to price each SKU based on the total quantity ordered, while our website cannot be programmed this way. An example would be if you were purchasing twelve embroidered men's polo shirts and twelve embroidered women's polo shirts. If you order online, the twelve unit price will be applied to both SKU's, but by placing your order by phone we are able to do an over-ride and combine the SKU's so both are billed based on the total quantity ordered so long as all garments are receiving the same logo and treatment. If you prefer to order online, simply enter your order on our website to the best of your ability and we'll contact you within twenty minutes to confirm all the pertinent details; including size, garment and imprint colors, embroidery location(s) and any other questions we have. So keep a close eye on your inbox after placing your order, first for your detailed order confirmation and then for an email from one of our branding experts.
Please understand that we carry a wide selection of apparel brands, and each brand may fit differently. Size charts are accessible on our website and we are happy to send size-run samples i.e. a sample of each size once a client has made a buying decision. Size run samples are the best way to ensure accurate sizing for your order and are strongly encouraged. Please contact your dedicated Account Executive for additional information.
Proofs are provided for all orders, with the exception of certain 24 hour rush production orders. Certain 24 hour rush production orders do not receive a proof, but instead receive a virtual sample (which is very similar to a paper proof, we don't mean to split hairs) for review and approval. Most importantly, we won't put any orders into production until all pertinent details are confirmed and a proof or virtual sample has been approved. We also provide spec samples upon request, however we generally charge for spec-samples and the cost for a spec-sample ranges from $50-$150, or more, depending on the item, imprint method and certain other variables. Sending us your artwork is a cinch! You may simply email your artwork to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, before or after placing your order, or you may reply directly to your order confirmation with your artwork and any special instructions attached or included. Our professional in house graphics team will review your artwork and may reply with questions, so please watch your inbox after order placement as we will be in touch very soon. And don't worry, we will be sure to match your logo or artwork up with your order, and there is a zero percent chance of us printing another customer's logo on your order!
